We came here hoping to get a place ASAP, and they made it happen within 2 days! All the girls in the front helped us tremendously and we love being tenants here so far! Submitted work order and the maintenance guy stopped by later that day to check everything out. Feels like home, and I believe we will renew our lease. Being new to the area, they helped us out on the best places to eat and shop.

The best apartments in the city! The staff is on top of things and Heather was really helpful when helping us to start our lease. It really helps when there is an actual person answering the phone and helping us out. We tried other places but nobody ever got back to us. As for our first visit to Fairbourne, nothing was hidden and all answers were answered up front. Our place is really clean and the whole grounds is kept very nice! We love it here and would recommend to any of our friends and family! Definitely the best apartments in the valley!!!

I had the opportunity to meet with Heather London today for a tour. She was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about everything that the community has to offer. I left with all my questions answered and she even offered a follow up call as needed. It definitely makes the difference when you walk into a business and they make you feel welcomed and valued, I feel like Heather went above and beyond on the level of professionalism and service that she provided. I’m definitely considering this amazing community because of her! To her boss, thank you for taking the time to hire the right people who represents your brand.

I had a lovely experience today touring this place. I was greeted by Heather a sweet young lady that showed us around. She was very knowledgeable and engaging. Unlike other places we toured were we felt like we were a burden on the staff this was not the case at Fairbourne. I wish we could live here but just was today(after we toured) that I have to relocate out of state for work! Kudos to Heather and their staff. Would have definitely would have rented from y’all!
