Spring has sprung in Draper! Although the snow is melting in the mountains and the ski season is coming to an end, there are still plenty of fun activities to do in the warmer weather near Draper, Utah.
Some things you should definitely try if you haven’t—or even if you have—include visiting the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point, watching a Real Salt Lake soccer game, and going on a spring hike.
Visit the Tulip Festival
There’s no need to travel all the way to Holland if you want to see beautiful fields of blooming tulips. Each year, Thanksgiving Point holds a Tulip Festival, where you can walk through acres of fields with colorful tulips and gorgeous landscaping. In addition to the scenery, they often have concerts in the evenings, and there are museums and other features to see while you are there. So, hurry and get your tickets because they sell out fast!
Watch a Real Salt Lake Game
We are just at the beginning of the season for the Real Salt Lake soccer team. Now is a great time to watch them play at Rio Tinto Stadium in Sandy, Utah, right near Draper. They are currently ranked number eight in the MLS, so it should be an exciting season! Enjoy this spring season by enjoying the fresh air and the beautiful game of soccer with your loved ones.
Go on a Spring Hike
What better way is there to enjoy nice weather than to go on a hike in the mountains? Draper, Utah, is conveniently close to plenty of great hiking trails.
