ICO Vista Station Apartments is a luxury pet-friendly apartment community located in Draper, Utah. Located just north of the point of the mountain, ICO Vista Station is ideally located between Salt Lake City (25 minutes away) and Provo (35 minutes away), with easy access to Bangerter Highway and I-15 making the commute easy no matter the direction you need to go. We have direct access to the Jordan River Trail from inside our community. In addition, residents of ICO Vista Station have great views of both the Wasatch Mountain Range and the Oquirrh Mountains and fairly quick access to both mountain ranges. For those who like to ski, some of Utah's top ski resorts aren't too far away either!

I’ve lived here for a couple of months now and have had nothing short of a great experience. Our leasing agent, Allie, was great. She was very kind as she assisted us on our move in. She was quick to attend any questions we had. Ico Vista Station has wonderful apartments with a great community. We love the open space and beautiful big windows provided by our two bedroom apartment. This is a great place to call home, highly recommended!

My girlfriend, puppy and I moved into the Ico Vista Station apartment not too long ago and love it here! We’ve had nothing but a pleasant experience here so. Our leasing agent Allie was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful as she helped us with our move in. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. These apartments are beautiful, clean, and have a well kept environment. We have a beautiful view from our balcony, as it over looks the east mountains. One of the many things we love about Ico Vista is how pet friendly they are, including a dog washing station to clean and groom our puppy. They also have a trail that leads straight from the apartments to the Jordan river. We highly recommend living here!

My husband and have visited ICO apartments many, many times and the apartments are beautiful. This community is extremely clean and wonderful, well kept and it is a peaceful community. Everything is always so beautiful and they have an amazing view. The office staff Allie, Kyla, Jessika and Katie are extremely accommodating and friendly and it is always very well maintained. the pool area is wonderful, they are dog friendly, and have an amazing area to wash and groom your pets. I always suggest this place to our family and friends. Thank ICO for being amazing.

Allie was so wonderful and knowledgeable, our tour with her was amazing. She was able to answer all of our questions quickly, thoroughly, and professionally.We are moving from across the country so I can attend medical school and thanks to Allie, we can say for certain we know where we are going to live. My fiancee and I have lived here for a year and we just renewed our lease! We love living here! We use all the amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, super deck for fire hangouts) all the time and love them! Our only complaint last year was people inviting 8+ people to the pool and hot tub that are not residents taking up most of the pool on weekends but the management said that will be closely monitored this year so we really hope that is the case! The staff is always so nice and helpful if we need anything and very quick to respond! We love the resident events also! I was worried about living in an apartment because I am a student, but we rarely hear our neighbors with their sound proof technology which is a huge plus for us!

Super nice apartment and views in the pool! BUT what makes it the best is the staff EVERYTIME I have a question/request/concern within an hour I have an answer. Maintenance is always on top of it I always see them walking around working hard MY AC was not working within an hour of me requesting help Ben was here at my apartment and fixed within no time he was also so nice! Definitely the best apartments at making me feel cared for in my home

Had an incredible experience at ICO Vista Station. Jessika McNeil has got to be the best leasing agent I’ve ever dealt with. Admittedly, I was looking into quite a few other apartments in the same area at the time, but after I had met with Jessika I was sold. Great location, amenities are solid, and the community of B building is always lively. Not sure where they found that Jessika girl but she needs a raise. Easy 5 stars.

If you are looking for nice place to live, this complex has it all. From the staff to the amenities. Jess, Emily, Allie, and Katie go above and beyond making sure I feel welcomed to live here as well as throwing some awesome resident events. Also, the maintenance staff are top notch. Quinn, Tony, and Kyle all do a fantastic job of keeping everything up and running, as well as nice and tidy. I can’t think of a time I’ve had a maintenance issue and had to wait longer than 24 hours to get it fixed. This May will make a year that I’ve lived here, and I hope to renew and make it two years in a row. I wouldn’t want to live anywheres else.

My experience with Ico Vista Station has been the best. Jessika Mcneill is always on top of things and will give your furbabies all the loves. It’s so nice to be somewhere that is dog friendly and loves them as there own and will give them treats every time we go to the front office. It so great experiencing this place. Living here was awesome! The staff were all super great especially Ben Allred on the maintenance team who ensured we had a super easy move out. The amenities were all really good and overall it was one of the best places I'd ever live. I would gladly come back and rent again in the future.
